We had major flooding in our family room from a pipe burst, and upon filing a claim with our home insurance, they recommended 3 companies. Out of the 3 companies, only one answered right away! I'd definitely recommend Revival Water Damage Restoration of Orange County. Nobody wants to need their services, but they get that and make everything as easy as possible. Agi answered when I called and explained everything, then got me on the schedule right away. David handled my job and was super thorough. I had some unexpected water damage at my place and was pretty stressed out, but Revival Contractors made the whole situation so much easier. From the very start, everyone I worked with was super friendly and great at communicating, which really helped calm me down. David came out the same night I called on a Wednesday and got everything set up right away with the machines to start drying out. A little extra shoutout to Francis, who did a FaceTime walkthrough with me since I wasn’t nearby. He patiently went room by room and answered all my questions so I felt like I was right there. The crew handled the demo and cleanup really carefully, only removing what was necessary and leaving everything neat when they were done. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how smooth they made the process. We had a bathroom leak that turned into a mold problem, and honestly the whole thing was super stressful since we have small children and only one bathroom... David, the owner, came out right away, gave us a straightforward quote, and explained exactly what needed to be done. The same day they demo’d the bathroom, set up their drying equipment, and kept coming back to check on everything until the job was fully done. They handled the cleanup too, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. What I really appreciated is that they didn’t try to turn it into some huge insurance claim just to make more money... David was fair, reasonable, and just easy to work with. You can tell he cares about doing the right thing for his customers.
